A Luxurious Marketplace with an Air of Freshness

This venue of Grand Hyatt’s renowned Café brand was designed as an upscale interpretation of a traditional Taiwanese market. Several food stations divide the spacious dining room into distinct areas. A veil of dropping water sprinkles the display of farm produce towards the entrance and adds to the restaurant’s atmosphere of freshness and relaxation. The main show kitchen celebrates all major Asian cuisines. The restaurant also has a raw-bar, a wine cellar and a salad station. Abundant natural light floods the space through floor-to-ceiling windows. The luminous interior is finished with wood and marble flooring.
